Odoo Functional Consultant

As an Odoo Functional Consultant at HSxTech, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the end-to-end execution of ERP deployment projects. You will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery, meeting client expectations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

Odoo Certified V16 or V17
Minimum 5 years experience as a functional consultant experience with USA Clients
Experience with Odoo ERP implementation including expertise in Accounting, Manufacturing and Custom Reports
Bachelors Degree
Excellent spoken English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

1. Understand Customer requirements by undertaking As Is analysis, doing a gap analysis and preparing final requirements

2. Identify customer pain points

3. Have an understanding of various Odoo Apps and Modules including Accounting, Manufacturing, CRM, Sales, Purchase, & POS.

4. Able to build customer reports as per customer specifications

5. Being able to work as a part of team to delivery successful implementation of Odoo ERP

6. Communicate project status, milestones, and any potential risks or issues to clients in a clear and timely manner

7. Able to train junior functional consultants
