  1. Supervise and coordinate the work of clerical staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
  2. Ensure efficient operation of office equipment and systems, such as computers, printers, and telecommunication devices.
  3. Manage office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
  4. Oversee the processing of incoming and outgoing mail, including distribution and delivery.
  5. Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and organization.
  6. Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as requested by management.
  7. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial records, including tracking expenses and reconciling accounts.
  8. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
  9. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  10. Respond to inquiries and provide information to staff, clients, and the public.
  11. Train and mentor new clerical staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  12. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate efficient workflow and communication.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
