We're looking for an experienced Ready to wear Production Manager to lead our stitching team in Lahore.

Candidate must have relevant experience.

Responsibilities will include:

Planning and organizing production schedules
Assessing project and resource requirements
Estimating, negotiating, and agreeing on budgets and timescales with clients and managers
Determining quality control standards
Overseeing production processes
Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
Organizing the repair and routine of production
Supervising the work of junior staff
Organizing relevant training sessions
Ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently
