We are looking for a creative and organized Digital Content & Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will:
- Manage and maintain our website, including posting articles and updates.
- Design engaging Instagram posts, thumbnails, and visuals that align with our brand.
- Create and manage a strategic content plan and editorial calendar.
- Develop and execute a content strategy across all social media platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for better engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly update the website with articles and multimedia.
- Design eye-catching social media content (posts, reels, and thumbnails).
- Plan, organize, and manage a content calendar for consistent publishing.
- Oversee the overall management of our social media accounts, including strategy and execution.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in website management and content publishing.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling.
- Strong understanding of content planning and SEO.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Creativity and an eye for detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in digital marketing.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
