This is a full time job which doesn't need much experience as it just requires basic data entry level skills.

The job responsibilities of the Customer support representative are as follow :

Providing introductory information to new customers about our services.
Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services.
Following up with clients or customers to check that they’re still satisfied with any purchases.
Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services.
Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions.
Maintain customer's records by updating account information on MS Excel sheet.
Open customer accounts by recording account information on MS Excel sheet.

Education & Experience Requirements:

University/college degree is an asset. Basic level English writing & speaking skills are required.
Candidates with basic MS Office knowledge like Word, Excel would be a plus.
Familiarity with using Facebook messenger is a must.
Previous experience, especially in particular Electronic gaming industry are most welcomed.
Fresh school, college & university degree holders are highly encouraged to apply.

This is a 100% office job. You have to come to the office everyday of the week as this job has no holidays for the time being. It is going to be an 8 hours shift.
