Weekly meeting presentation making and share with operation and align all HODs for weekly meeting.
Meeting efficiency as per given target from management side.
SOPs assurance as per plan new SOPs development and existing SOPs implementation.
Meeting and reporting management efficiency.
Monthly meeting presentation making and assure the MOMs follow up with all concerns.
Monthly, Half year and annual Business meeting arrangements and assure Business plan activity as per timeline.
Key tasks project assurance as per timeline.
