Responsible for vetting & reviewing all operational/divisional contracts specifically MOU’s, NDAs (bilateral and unilateral), Service Agreements, Transport Agreements, and commercial agreements.
Manage and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
Draft correspondence, legal notices, authority letters etc, as per requirement.
Developing litigation strategies.
Coordination with external counsel, updating on ongoing litigation.
Coordination and following up with government departments.
Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
Handle all physical and digital archiving of legal documents.
Handle other relevant in-house legal counsel work.
Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation.
Follow up and peruse all legal matters
