Key Responsibilities:
1. Design compelling visuals for digital and print materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, marketing collateral, and website assets.
2. Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
3. Create and manage content calendars for social media platforms, ensuring consistent and timely postings.
4. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to gauge the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
6. Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media best practices, and industry developments.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
2. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
3. Demonstrated expertise in managing social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
4. Strong understanding of social media analytics and tracking tools.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
