The position of Marketing Manager will be tasked with driving significant portions of the business associated with the real estate department of privately held entity Gul LLC. This position will assist in executing commercial strategies for the year 2022 and beyond. This position will also be responsible for continuing to drive the Gul LLC core brand, while expanding the brand into new spaces including off premise, CPG and virtual brands.

Responsibilities and duties:

Develop new campaigns against the company’s commercial strategies
Oversee off premise strategy including promotions, pricing and growth
Assist with the strategy and planning for promotional materials, sales tactics and other department activities
Responsible for tracking marketing strategy results and creating detailed after-action reviews inclusive of comprehensive analysis to identify opportunities
Manage and build off the existing local real estate marketing program to identify opportunities on a restaurant-by-restaurant basis
Manage the set up and marketing plan for new restaurant openings
Enforce brand guidelines throughout marketing materials and within the organization
Continuously identify new growth and brand experience opportunities
Collaborate with members of the marketing team to come up with new ideas
Coordinate efforts between departments and with the restaurants
Create communications for marketing promotions and campaigns
Go-to resource for up-to-date, accurate research and market information

Desired Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
1+ years of related experience in agency, consulting, consumer packaged goods, technology, hospitality or entertainment industries
Creative, innovative and with a strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
Knowledge of media channels and marketing strategies
Ability to work collaboratively with prior cross-functional leadership experience
Must be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to proactively prioritize and manage projects, while showing flexibility to maneuver with a growing business
Strong analytical skills
