As a Financial Analyst with a strong background in MBA Finance, you will be responsible for:
Financial Analysis:
- Conducting thorough financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyzing financial statements, trends, and performance indicators.
- Providing insights into financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Collaborating with various departments to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitoring budgetary performance and variance analysis.
- Recommending adjustments and improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
Strategic Planning:
- Assisting in the development and execution of long-term financial strategies.
- Evaluating investment opportunities and assessing their financial viability.
- Providing data-driven recommendations to senior management for strategic initiatives.
Assignment-Based Work:
- Managing and completing finance-related assignments within specified timelines.
- Handling ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as required.
- Adapting to a dynamic work environment and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality results.
Risk Management:
- Identifying financial risks and proposing risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement risk management initiatives.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Effectively communicating complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Collaborating with internal teams to gather necessary data for analysis.
Qualifications:
Education: MBA in Finance or related field.
Experience: 5 year of experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, and assignment-based work.
Skills:
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
