We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager (Female) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of professionals in the e-commerce industry. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion of projects and meeting the required standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of professionals in the e-commerce industry
- Develop project plans, schedules and budgets, and track progress
- Ensure timely completion of projects and meeting quality standards
- Ensure proper task distribution and delegation within the team
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide regular updates on project progress
- Manage project risks and develop contingency plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members and clients
- Take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management, engineering, computer science or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in project management in the e-commerce industry
- Excellent communication, leadership and team management skills
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
