Green Wish Environmental Consultants is a leading environmental consulting firm dedicated to promoting sustainable practices and protecting the environment.

We are currently seeking a highly organized and friendly Female Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Schedule appointments and meetings, and assist with calendar management.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Provide general support to the office staff as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using office equipment, including phone systems and computer software.
Friendly and professional attitude with a customer service-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Familiarity with environmental issues and a passion for sustainability is a plus.
