We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales/Lead Generator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales and leads through outbound calls to potential customers. The role requires a strong focus on achieving targets and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales and leads
Follow a scripted sales process to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets for sales and lead generation
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall performance

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation in a call center environment is preferred but freshies are encouraged to apply
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with customers and overcome objections
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Freshies are welcome to apply as well, training will be provided.

Work Timings - 3am to 11pm, Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, New-Grad

Salary: Rs30,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
