As a Brand & Social Media Strategist, your primary responsibility is to enhance the brand awareness of our company, as well as that of our partners and department heads. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen our brand presence and reputation. Your role will encompass various tasks and responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:
Brand Enhancement: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our company's brand identity, values, and goals. Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of their personal brands with the company's overall brand.
Social Media Strategy: Create and execute social media strategies to effectively promote our brand across various platforms. Generate engaging content, including posts, articles, videos, and infographics, that resonate with our target audience.
Team Coordination: Work closely with a team of marketing and content professionals to ensure the successful implementation of brand strategies. Provide guidance and direction to the team, ensuring they are aligned with brand objectives.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze brand and social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth. Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of branding efforts and make data-driven recommendations.
Innovation and Adaptation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for brand innovation and evolution.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Not less than a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Exceptional project management and time management skills.
