Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
Create engaging content for social media channels, the hotel website, blogs, and other digital platforms to attract and retain guests.
Optimize the hotel's website content and landing pages for SEO to improve search rankings and drive traffic.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality digital marketing materials, such as promotional videos, graphics, and written content.
Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and hospitality to propose innovative strategies to enhance guest engagement and online visibility.
Manage and grow the hotel's social media accounts, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries and reviews.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Track and report on key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in the hospitality industry.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
