The Sales Executive Officer will be responsible for driving the company’s sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with clients in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and marketing, with a deep understanding of the construction sector, and will play a crucial role in growing our brand and increasing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, cold calls, industry events, and online platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, developers, contractors, and other industry professionals.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify current trends, competitor analysis, and business opportunities.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively and profitably.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to offer informed solutions to clients.
  • Report on sales activity, forecasts, and key performance metrics to senior management.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build the company’s reputation and generate new business leads.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in sales and business development, preferably within the construction industry or a similar field.
  • Strong understanding of the construction process, project management, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
