We are looking for an experienced Senior WordPress Developer to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in WordPress development, with expertise in custom theme and plugin creation, as well as a strong background in front-end development using TailwindCSS and Bootstrap. You will play a key role in developing high-quality, responsive websites and ensuring they adhere to the latest web standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins.
- Implement responsive and mobile-first website designs using TailwindCSS and Bootstrap.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to transform design concepts into functional websites.
- Optimize websites for performance, speed, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development and front-end technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a WordPress Developer.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Expertise in TailwindCSS and Bootstrap for creating responsive designs.
- Proven experience in custom theme and plugin development.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other front-end libraries or tools.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Understanding of website performance optimization techniques.
