Must have worked with FMCG, retail, beverages, confectionery, and tobacco.
Develop strategic cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives that bring added value to the system, along with tools and solutions that improve or eliminate waste from current processes.
Drive Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and Supplier Performance Management (SPM) programs with suppliers that deliver against strategic, operational performance, quality, productivity and sustainability goals.
Provide needed guidance to the business, including budget, forecasting, risk management, etc.
Optimize cost, quality and service for inbound supply networks.
Build consensus and drive alignment with key Business partners for Procurement initiatives and programs.
Collaborate, advise and influence business stakeholders and suppliers.
Develop strategies for maximizing value and optimizing Supplier to Plant performance.
Drive continuous improvement in his/her area of responsibility leveraging lean/six-sigma methods.
Develop and implement robust supplier relationship and performance management programs to deliver against SLAs and innovation objectives.
