We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor for a high-rise building MES project in Karachi.

Experience related to high-rise buildings will be preferred.

Requirements:

  • DAE Civil Engineering.
  • Min Experience – 8 years as Quantity Surveyor
  • The candidates must be self-driven, possess initiative, and dynamic
  • Must have computer literacy, especially MS Offices & AutoCAD
  • Ability to read drawings and technical specifications and their understanding

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
  • Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Preparing reports, analysis, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
  • Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
  • Measure and value the work done on site
  • Prepare rate Analysis and assist in managing the technical documents for the work order.
  • Monitor all Sub Contractors’ work progress and activity in terms of budget
  • Implementing project document control and record
  • Write Daily Progress Reports & Company Labor Utilization 

The following skills will be an added advantage:

  • Advance knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Prior experience with MES projects
