Our fast-growing brokerage firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Introductory Broker. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales and business development skills, have in-depth knowledge of the financial industry, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a strong network of potential clients in the United States
Effectively introduce potential clients to our brokerage services through phone and email communication
Schedule appointments for clients to speak with our expert traders
Follow up with potential clients and maintain a customer relationship management (CRM) system
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Stay informed of market trends and developments to better serve our clients

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or business development
In-depth knowledge or willingness to learn of the financial industry, including Forex, stocks, commodities, crypto, and indices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
