We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in generating sales, with specific experience in the software industry. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the software sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve sales targets.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales and marketing, particularly within the software industry.
Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle client interactions professionally and efficiently.
Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the software industry.
