The Personal Assistant to the CEO provides crucial support to the executive leadership of Global Star Group. As a key member of the organization, the Personal Assistant coordinates with various departments, implements the Chairman's decisions, and acts as the main liaison for executive communications. Additionally, a keen attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to diverse tasks are essential in this fast-paced environment. The candidate must be proficient in technology and comfortable with a range of software tools to enhance productivity and efficiency in workflow processes.
Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure optimal use of time.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professional and courteous communication at all times.
  • Prepare and organize meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-ups are completed.
  • Assist in the execution of Chairmans decisions by coordinating with different departments effectively.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive company information and communications.
  • Draft, type, and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed using MS Office Suite.
  • Perform research and compile information for meetings, proposals, and special projects.
  • Support the CEO in personal and professional tasks, including managing personal appointments and events.
  • Maintain a filing system for documents and records, ensuring that materials are easily accessible and organized.
  • Utilize technology to streamline processes and improve office efficiency, including the use of productivity and communication tools.
