• Maintaining the time to fill tracker, monthly Talent Acquisition & Life Cycle reporting and presentation deck for Manager HR.

• Updating Organograms on monthly basis for all organization for all Permanent Head Count using Visio.

• Manage end to end recruitment of all permanent employees (Entry Level) and ensure all recruitment related KPIs such as Time to Fill and Quality of Hire are being met.

• Timely getting the personnel requisition from the concerned stakeholders and ensure that the position is approved by all the relevant reporting line.

• Understanding the requirement of the position and drafting job advertisement for attracting internal and external talent pool.

• Maintaining CV pool of both internal and external talent on shared drive for each position along with screening comments.

• Responsible for scheduling interviews with hiring managers, collecting duly filled interview evaluation forms and candidate information decks.

• Coordinate with rewards team to get their offer prepared, offer candidate and process their onboarding.

• Coordinate with external vendors for employee medical screening, and background checks.

• Drafting letters for new appointments and internal job placement alongside their announcement for organization wide communication.

• Ensure all employee files are completed before new appointment and handed over to HR Services for addition in payroll.

• Prepare new joiner welcome box along with joining folder and employee orientation co-ordination with Trainings team.

• Work on all employee files audit project to maintain all active employee files updated and complete as per requirement.

• Lead in managing all the Lifecycle processes which include probation, exits & transfers are completed on time.

• Assist the Lead in employer branding touchpoints such as MT & Internship Program activities and take care of distribution of employee gifts on monthly basis.

• Responsible for monitoring the replenishment of HR merchandise such as new joiner box, code of conduct booklet , PEMs Booklet and birthday gifts.
