We are currently seeking a seasoned Head of IT Support Department to lead our vibrant IT support team. This role requires a strong command over diverse IT domains including MCSE, CCNA, Wireless LAN Surveys, Operating System Upgrades, Server Rollouts, Data Center Support, and an emphasis on extensive remote user support and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the IT Support Team, ensuring high standards of performance and efficiency.

2. Develop effective communication channels with clients to gather project requirements and provide updates.

3. Evaluate and refine current technical procedures and processes in line with industry best practices.

4. Generate comprehensive statements of work outlining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

5. Design and implement customized IT solutions that cater to client requirements and project goals, including data center support.

6. Conduct Wireless LAN surveys, Operating System upgrades, and Server Rollouts as part of solution delivery.

7. Provide extensive remote user support and troubleshoot a wide range of IT issues.

8. Provide robust support for data center operations including maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.

9. Anticipate potential challenges and strategize solutions accordingly.

10. Liaise with various internal teams to ensure alignment with overall company goals and strategies.

11. Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.

12. Foster a positive work environment that supports continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Proven leadership experience in an IT support team.

3. In-depth knowledge of technical procedures, infrastructure, and IT support principles.

4. Proficient in MCSE, CCNA, and conducting Wireless LAN surveys.

5. Extensive experience in Data Center Support, Operating System Upgrades, and Server Rollouts.

6. Exceptional ability in remote user support and troubleshooting.

7. Excellent project management and prioritization skills.

8. Superior communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical individuals.
