Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking information about car rentals. Your role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide information on available car rental options.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
Provide detailed information about car rental options, availability, and pricing.
Assist customers in making reservations and modifications to existing bookings.

Requirements:
