Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from Pashto-speaking customers with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Job Shift: Morning, 6 days a week (alternate Saturdays are off)

Job type: Full Time

Job Time: 9 am to 6 pm

 Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Pashto, both written and spoken.
  • No experience? No problem! Become a Pushto call agent with our training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum education must be matric.
