Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive financial models, feasibility studies, and sensitivity analyses.
Conduct valuation analyses utilizing various methodologies.

Investment Strategy and Recommendations:

Due Diligence:

Engage in financial and business due diligence for potential transaction targets.

Documentation and Reporting:

Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda and related documentation.
Consolidate financial data into detailed reports for team members and stakeholders.

Operational Trend Analysis:

Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s operational trends through ongoing validation of financial metrics and results.

Market Monitoring:

Monitor financial news and stay informed about market trends, opportunities, risks, and emerging investment prospects.

Legal and Financial Compliance:

Address all legal and financial documentation requirements of lenders and investors, both pre- and post-financial closure.

Financial Statement Analysis:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC recognized university or a reputable foreign institution. Preference will be given to candidates with 16 years of education, CA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualifications.
