The General Manager Sales - Home Appliances leads the sales organization, develops and executes sales strategies, and drives business growth for the home appliances division.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and manage sales teams, including regional sales managers and sales representatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and pricing agreements.
  • Monitor sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years of sales experience in the home appliances industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with sales analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  •  Knowledge of consumer electronics and home appliances.
  • Certification in sales management or marketing.
  •  MBA or related postgraduate degree.
