Job Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries.

Content Sourcing and Uploading (WordPress):
• Source relevant technical content, such as product manuals, guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting tips, from internal resources.
• Format and organize content for optimal presentation on our WordPress-based website.
• Upload and publish content using WordPress, ensuring proper categorization and tagging.
Job Requirements:
• Currently enrolled or have finished in computer science, engineering, or any related field of study.
• Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
