Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of engaging game products that align with company objectives and player expectations.
Manage a team of 20 designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to inspire creativity and innovation.
Collaborate closely with developers, artists, and other production team members to create cohesive gaming experiences.
Utilize project management tools to track progress, meet deadlines, and ensure efficient use of resources.
