You will be responsible for reaching out to homeowners to discuss the potential sale of their property. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a good understanding of the house flipping industry. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently to meet monthly call and conversion targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to homeowners to gauge interest in selling their property for a quick cash offer.
- Data Management: Use CRM systems to track leads, update records, and schedule follow-up calls.
- Lead Generation: Identify motivated sellers, qualify leads based on set criteria, and determine the viability of a property for investment.
- Relationship Building: Build rapport with homeowners to create trust and encourage open communication.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales, cold calling, real estate, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional phone etiquette and ability to engage in conversations that build trust and understanding.
- Resilience: Able to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite. Experience with dialer systems is a plus.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in a performance-based environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed to reach target homeowners.
