We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sourcing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing skills and the ability to communicate persuasively and clearly. This role is essential in identifying and acquiring resources that meet our company’s needs and contribute to our overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify potential suppliers and partners.
  • Draft, review, and edit sourcing documents, proposals, and contracts with a high level of clarity and persuasiveness.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and suppliers to negotiate terms and establish strong working relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to make informed sourcing decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand their sourcing requirements and provide timely solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and supplier information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Exceptional English writing skills, with a proven ability to produce clear and persuasive content.
  • Strong communication skills with a talent for negotiating and influencing.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sourcing software tools.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Previous experience in a sourcing or procurement role is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific sourcing practices and regulations.
