We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor - YouTube to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in video editing, a strong understanding of animation techniques, and the ability to transform scripts into compelling video content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble recorded footage into a polished final product according to provided scripts.
- Create engaging animations that enhance storytelling and explain complex concepts.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop and execute video concepts and styles.
- Ensure the final videos are optimized for YouTube, including appropriate formatting and SEO practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing and animation to ensure our content is fresh and innovative.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in video editing, preferably for YouTube or other online platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Blender).
- Strong understanding of video production processes, including sound design and color grading.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A portfolio showcasing previous video editing and animation work is a must.
