Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share for the industrial manufacturing plant.
Identify potential clients, build relationships, and negotiate sales contracts to meet or exceed sales targets.
Handle recovery of overdue payments from clients, implement payment plans, and resolve payment disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Work closely with the finance team to monitor receivables, track payment status, and ensure compliance with company credit policies.
Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights for sales forecasting and decision-making.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and production, to optimize sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adjust sales and recovery strategies accordingly.
