We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Associate For Outlets (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer service, possess strong communication skills, and have a genuine interest in our products. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in assisting customers, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, and contributing to overall sales goals.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product knowledge and assistance to customers as needed.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Stock shelves and ensure products are neatly displayed.
Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals.
Continuously strive to improve product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.

Requirements:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic math skills and proficiency with computer systems.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move objects up to [insert weight] pounds.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
