- Lead troubleshooting efforts for both web and IT-related issues.
- Develop and manage databases and data storage solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging IT and web technologies to keep the organization competitive.
- Manage relationships with third-party IT vendors and service providers.
- Train staff on IT best practices and web management tools as needed.
