Hiring both Male and Female staff for USA-based sales and dispatch agentsPosition: Sales Development Representative (SDR) & Dispatch Representatives

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to truck owners and drivers to introduce and explain our load-booking services.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our service offerings and competitive advantages.
Build and maintain a database of potential clients, including truck owners and drivers.
Effectively communicate the benefits and value propositions of our services to potential clients.
Negotiate terms and rates with truck owners and drivers to secure their commitment to our load-booking platform.
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert them into long-term clients.
Collaborate with the dispatch and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

Fluent English
Excellent communication skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel)
Freshers are encouraged to apply
Hardworking and punctual
