We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Interior Designer & Construction Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in both interior design and construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Interior Design: Develop and execute creative and functional interior design concepts tailored to client needs. Create detailed design plans, including space planning, color schemes, and material specifications.
Construction Oversight: Oversee all aspects of construction for projects, ensuring designs are implemented accurately and to the highest quality. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Project Management: Supervise and manage the entire project lifecycle, scheduling, and quality control. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and provide regular updates on project progress. Address any concerns or adjustments as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior design and construction, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
