About the Role:
As a Sales Manager in our Retail Banking division, you will lead and inspire a team of telesales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets for our credit card and personal loan products. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of telesales representatives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to enhance skills and productivity.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of credit card and personal loan products.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
