Project Manager - Intern

We’re looking for a motivated and organized Project Manager Intern to join our team. This hybrid internship will give you hands-on experience across multiple areas, including software development, SEO, design, Figma, and social media marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Assist in managing multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (software development, design, marketing, SEO) to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
Task Management: Help prioritize and assign tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are adhered to.
Figma & Design: Collaborate with the design team on Figma designs, providing project updates and feedback.
Software Development: Support the software development team by assisting in the creation of project plans, bug tracking, and ensuring the delivery of features on schedule.
SEO & Social Media Marketing: Assist in executing SEO and social media campaigns, monitor performance, and report on key metrics.
Documentation & Reporting: Help maintain project documentation, update progress reports, and contribute to client presentations and internal meetings.
Client Interaction: Assist with client communication, ensuring they are informed about project milestones and deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Freshers and BS students are encouraged to apply.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira) is a plus.
Experience with Figma or other design tools.
Basic understanding of SEO principles and social media marketing strategies.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment.
Residents and students of the University of Sargodha will have a higher rate of selection.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Previous internship or experience in project management, software development, or digital marketing.
Knowledge of software development processes (Agile, Scrum).
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Understanding of website analytics tools like Google Analytics or SEMrush.
