OPERATIONS ANALYST

A London based asset Management Company established its office in Islamabad in 2021. The office has seen rapid growth over the last 12 months and continues to grow in 2023. The company also provides middle and back-office services to our other office in Monaco and Switzerland. London is the operational hub of the entire group. In 2021, the group set up FGK Back Office Services in Islamabad as an offshore centre that supports the London operations. Due to the success of this office, we are now looking to hire additional people to support this office in Islamabad.
FGK Back Office Services (Private) Limited is engaged in Back Office Services and is registered with Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.
FGK Back Office Services (Private) Limited started its operations in November 2021 with a strategic decision and ambition to provide Back Office Services to Financial and Banking Sector Companies working domestically and overseas. Our Back Office Services includes but not limited to;

Recently, FGK Back Office Services (Private) Limited contracted with a growing Asset Management LLP based in United Kingdom. We, at FGK have been providing Back Office services to asset management LLP that includes but not limited to Data Entry & Analytics, Account reconciliations, transaction processing, Updating Portfolio accounts.
So, to execute these tasks we require Operations Analyst to join a high performing and professional Operations team at Islamabad.
The Operations Analyst will take responsibility for the following duties:
1) Transaction booking and processing and maintaining accurate data within application system.
2) Daily asset class (equity/fixed income/other asset classes) and cash reconciliation of accounts
3) Daily monitoring of accounts as defined in training and training manual.
4) Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of transactions.
5) Reconciling the transaction with Bank statements for a number of accounts
6) Weekly and monthly reconciliation of portfolios.
7) Calculating, analyzing and reporting on data.
8) Managing all the data and compiling the spreadsheets based on the activities performed.
9) Assisting the month-end process.
a. Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

c. Bloomberg
d. Macro writing and/or VBA is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
