We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive with expertise in bidding processes and call center operations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify and pursue new business opportunities, foster client relationships, and drive growth for our company. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in bidding for projects, proposals, and contracts, combined with a deep understanding of call center operations and customer engagement strategies.
Requirements:
- Ability to work well under pressure & and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with reservation systems, CRM software, and call center tools.
- Proven experience in a call center or bidding services.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, bid management tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasive skills to close deals and secure contracts.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong understanding of call center operations, customer engagement, and related technologies.
