Qualifications:

Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in closing sales, particularly in the insurance or financial services sector. Experience with final expense or life insurance is a plus!
Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate with clients, build rapport, and handle objections effectively.
Empathy and Compassion: Understanding and sensitivity to clients' needs and concerns, particularly during emotionally charged discussions.
Strong Negotiation Skills: Expertise in negotiating terms and closing deals while maintaining a positive client relationship.
Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive results.
Detail-Oriented: Precision in handling sensitive client information and completing paperwork accurately.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing market conditions and client needs. Willingness to continuously learn and improve.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
