We are looking for a Warehouse Incharge to oversee and manage the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating shipments, optimizing warehouse processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, and manage the storage and organization of goods.
- Coordinate outbound shipments, including picking, packing, and loading cargo onto trucks or containers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our inventory management system.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse personnel.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements to streamline warehouse operations.
- Liaise with other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and effective inventory management.
- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to reconcile inventory discrepancies and minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies regarding the handling, storage, and transportation of goods.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role within the logistics industry.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and coach warehouse staff.
