Manager Finance to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in finance and are ready to take on a key role in managing our financial operations, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly Account Closing: Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts at the end of each month.
- Account Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day financial transactions and operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Daily Payments & Funds Management: Manage daily payments, including cash flow monitoring and funds allocation.
- Coordination with Zonal Accountants: Collaborate with zonal accountants to maintain accurate financial reporting and regional compliance.
- Lease & Insurance Management: Handle leasing agreements and manage the company’s insurance portfolio to ensure proper risk management.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CA, CPA) is a plus and preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in logistics or related industry with a minimum of 3 years in a Managerial role
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
