A reputable USA-based construction and supplies Company is looking for Estimation Executives/Officers for our US-based government and private projects.
This is an office-based position located at DHA, Karachi.
Responsibilities for Estimator:
- Complete training will be provided for this role, however a candidate should be familiar with the following roles and responsibilities:
- Vendor sourcing and negotiate pricing terms.
- Fulfill awarded projects and process purchase orders and invoice clients accordingly.
- Estimate costs by looking at the scope of work.
- Present cost estimates and decide margins.
- Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for a project.
- Look at customer requirements for a project, following up with the vendors on orders and maintain costing record accordingly.
- Work with the team members to prepare proposals.
Qualification and qualities we are seeking:
- Strong communication skills, with spoken and written command over English language.
- Problem solving skills and negotiating ability.
- A team player with dynamic task handling capabilities.
- Graduate preferred, minimum intermediate.
Fresh or Candidates having up to 1 year of working experience who are comfortable working in night shifts are highly encouraged to apply.

Timings: 6 PM to 3 AM (5 days a week)
