It's a script-based work

All Agents just have to read a short script (consisting of 3 to 4 lines) on the call, if the customer would be interested, then your call will be taken over by the supervisor for further process.

Timings:

Monday to Friday: 9 PM to 6 AM

Saturday: On/Off (Depends on the weekly performance)
