We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our solar sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales manager, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence in the solar energy industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Provide support in managing the sales team and achieving revenue targets.

  2. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions tailored to their needs.

  3. Lead Generation: Actively participate in lead generation activities. Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and contribute to the expansion of the customer base.

  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Assist in training and development programs to enhance the team's sales capabilities.

  5. Sales Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance metrics. Provide regular updates to the sales manager and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

  6. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, solar technology advancements, and competitor activities. Demonstrate a deep understanding of our solar products and their benefits.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineer, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in sales, with a focus on solar energy or related industries.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
