Key Responsibilities:
Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and generate new business opportunities. Conduct follow-up calls to close deals, address client concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and professional telephone manner. Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
