As the Packing Incharge at, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective packaging of our products. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire packing process, from organizing materials to supervising the packing team. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to quality will be essential in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the packing team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure optimal performance.
Coordinate with the production department to receive, packaging and maintain a smooth workflow.
Organize and maintain an inventory of packaging materials, ensuring an adequate supply at all times.
Inspect and verify the quality before they are packaged to ensure they meet our standards.
Collaborate with the quality control team to address any packaging issues or quality concerns.
Implement and enforce packaging procedures to minimize errors and maintain consistency.
Monitor and improve the packing process for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines during the packing process.
Maintain accurate records of packaged units, materials used, and any relevant data.
Report to upper management on packing operations, challenges, and successes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor or equivalent; additional education or training in a relevant field is a plus.
Proven experience in a packing or packaging leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining product quality.
Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage and motivate a diverse packing team.
Familiarity with safety regulations and guidelines related to packaging processes.
Proficiency in basic computer applications for record-keeping and communication.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to address unexpected challenges in the packing process.
